Where is the example

So this looks cool, but I cannot figure out why they didn't bother posting any more information about it. Like where is some example code to get it fired up? They had to test it, so where is that code ?

the sample code (IDF platform) link:

A smart "Speaker" that doesn't contain a speaker. [Follow Up]

The "manufacture" responds to reviews, requesting information but their "review system" provides no ability to respond to them either inline with the original review, or privately.

Just to clarify; I did not purchase these items directly from m5stack.com however, I did purchase them from them through Amazon.
Also to clarify, just because the manufacturer claims these go through a "QA checking" doesn't mean the are free from defect or issues. QA Checking is done by humans, and humans get bored of doing the same repeat task over and over - they are going to miss things, and most likely not care.

And lastly; the issue with this NODE product is you advertise it as a "NODE Smart Speaker" when it doesn't actually have a SPEAKER inside the module.

Hey Marshall, First we apologize for misleading you with our title 'smart speaker' , indeed, it doesn't contain a speaker inside, it has to be used together with our 'ESP32 core Basic' , we provide the audio develop platform so you can program it as a smart speaker (power the speaker of 'Basic core' . For people who familiar with our product category and system, they'll understand immediately that the 'Base' and 'Module' can't be used without our 'core' controllers. But new users might get confused, so thanks for your suggestions we'll change our title and descriptions. For the defective issues/quality issues, i'm afraid you have to ask the amazon store which you bought the products for replacement/return. In the future, you can also buy directly at official store, we provide technical support, after sales service, return/replacement policy. Our sales people will contact you directly and get you a gift for your genuine feedbacks to help us improving our products.
A smart "Speaker" that doesn't contain a speaker.

The module does not include a speaker, so you're stuck with the terrible one on the m5Core itself. My m5Core actually arrived with a defective speaker, so that's why I ordered the NODE ("Smart Speaker") module, in hopes to have a more effective speaker for my m5Stack. Instead, to my surprise, when I disassembled the NODE, the "SPKR" port is not populated, and there is no speaker inside the module. With the additional room, and price tag, they could have stuck a somewhat decent speaker inside the module.

Also the documentation and "examples" for this module are limited; These m5stacks could have been good, but they have such a low following, and the makers of the product provide horrible/limited support for them.. especially for the modules.

Hello Marshall, Thanks for your support and review. First of all, the product will not be put into storage until it has no problem in testing, every item will have QC checking before put into storage. About the problems you are facing, can we have a video of the broken item? BTW, we didn't find any transcation record of your account. Pls help to provide the transcation record and also the photo of defective item, our after-sales term will help! Let us know if you have any need, thank you so much.
