If you find out your M5StickC couldn’t power on without a USB in, it might because the battery enter the battery protection mode, caused by low-volatge, over-charged, ver-heat … To exit the battery protection mode, please keep charging the battery for around 40 mins. Our team is working on the solution.

Hat ENV It is able to detect the temperature, humidity, air pressure and magnetic field. This product relates via I2C protocol which allows you to obtain 4 types of environment data thru just 2pins, together with the tiny body, makes it a powerful application for envitonment data collecting.
Hat SPK is an M5StickC compatible speaker, integrated PAM8303 amplifier (3w single channel type D power amplifier), High PSRR and differential inputs eliminate noise and rf interference, thus it has the characteristics of simple functions and high audio reproduction.
I’m new to programming raspberry pi zero’s, Arduino nano’s, and now the M5StickC. I had a few problems to begin with mostly centered in my understanding of connecting the M5 to the computer and how to upload a program. But once I got it figured out things are working great. Now I’m studying others programs to learn techniques to program the M5 myself.
The device arrived dead, I had to plug a lipo charger to revive the battery. Battery life is poor as best, the built quality is lackluster (there is stressmarks already on both of the button plastic pins). I like the concept but for a DIY thing it lacks a lot of code examples and projects to make it fun to begin with, and for a commercial device, well... what I said in the beggining should be solved first.
I like this product. I have succesfully tested it with arduino IDE. I had small issues with the example programs because of the different giro sensor chip is built in my M5stickC, but it can be easily fixed in the example sketches. It's a versatile little device.
