Q1: What is a preorder?

StackChan is currently in the pre-launch stage. By reserving a VIP spot now, you’ll be eligible to lock in the $59 VIP price when StackChan goes live on Kickstarter.
*For the first 1,000 reservations, VIP pricing starts from $47.

Q2: How can I check my preorder status?

Q3: What if I used a different email from my Kickstarter account?

We strongly recommend using the same email address for both your reservation and your Kickstarter account. If you’ve used a different email, just email or message us with both addresses after the campaign ends on Kickstarter, and we’ll help you sort it out.

Q4: What is the campaign timeline?

StackChan is expected to go live on Kickstarter in early January. We’ll keep everyone updated with the exact launch date and next steps as soon as they’re confirmed.
